1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fashionpreneur HUB website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fashionpreneur HUB is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing educational programs focused on entrepreneurship, business skills, and fashion industry education for students ages 12-18.

Our services include but are not limited to: online educational programs, mentorship opportunities, workshops, project-based learning experiences, and community forums.

3. Eligibility

To participate in Fashionpreneur HUB programs, students must:

• Be between the ages of 12-18 years old
• Provide parent or guardian consent if under 18
• Complete the application process
• Agree to follow program guidelines and code of conduct

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Treat all participants, mentors, and staff with respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Not share inappropriate content or language
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive program information
• Use program resources and platforms responsibly

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fashionpreneur HUB website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fashionpreneur HUB or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Student work created during programs remains the intellectual property of the student, though Fashionpreneur HUB reserves the right to showcase student work for promotional and educational purposes with appropriate attribution.

6. Donations and Payments

All donations to Fashionpreneur HUB are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law (Tax ID: 93-4864459). Donations are processed securely through our payment provider.

Fashionpreneur HUB reserves the right to refuse or return any donation at its discretion.

7. Privacy

8. Program Participation

Fashionpreneur HUB reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any application
• Modify program curriculum, schedule, or format as needed

Fashionpreneur HUB, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in programs or use of our services.
