Entrepreneurial leader with 22+ years scaling multi-million-dollar fashion brands through private label, merchandising, and e-commerce. As Executive Director, she brings real-world insight to students while mentoring them through every phase of building and running a school-based fashion business.
Mary Stanny
Co-Founder & Finance Mentor
Retail finance expert with 30+ years supporting schools nationwide. As former Director at Follett, she led financial ops for 1,200+ schools. Now Director of Finance, she helps students understand budgeting, planning, and financial strategy while guiding HUB operations with care and precision.

Advisor – Grants & Strategic Funding
Founder of Toy Bird Positive Impact, Dr. Hinton brings expertise in grant writing, nonprofit strategy, and education research. With a PhD from the University of Arizona, she supports youth-focused organizations through impactful storytelling, funding strategy, and community-based partnerships that drive long-term change.
Sophia Lovasz
Advisor – Entrepreneurship, Retail & Digital Strategy
Entrepreneur and educator with 30 years in retail leadership, from family businesses to college stores. Leads business and marketing programs at Chandler-Gilbert, mentors ventures through ASU, and advises small business growth via Local First AZ. Founder of Simply Visibility, a consultancy helping brands grow through strategic digital presence.
Galina Kovshilovsky
Advisor – Operations, Creative Education & Youth Development
Former Mattel high technology leader with deep expertise in finance, operations, manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma process improvements. Combines a passion for art with a commitment to youth development, leading hands-on programs that teach entrepreneurship through creativity. As an artist and educator, brings a unique blend of structure, innovation, and mentorship to empower the next generation.
