Our Story

Founded in 2025 by Yevgeniya A. Yushkova (YAY) and Mary Stanny, Fashionpreneur HUB brings proven fashion entrepreneurship education to the next generation. YAY, founder of Yushkova Design Inc., is a former executive at multi-billion dollar companies who successfully launched and sold her own fashion brand. Through Yushkova Design, she has spent years perfecting a comprehensive curriculum for adult entrepreneurs—teaching merchandising, product development, supply chain management, and the complete fashion business lifecycle.

Recognizing that young people are starting businesses earlier than ever, YAY and Mary saw an opportunity to adapt this battle-tested methodology for high school students who haven't yet started their careers. The result is Fashionpreneur HUB: a program that takes the practical, real-world knowledge that has helped adult entrepreneurs build successful fashion brands and makes it accessible to students through hands-on, collaborative learning.

Our curriculum combines the "YAY Method" and Lean Design Model with age-appropriate project-based learning. Students don't just learn theory—they work in teams, take on real roles in design, marketing, production, finance, and operations, and bring actual fashion products to market. This unique approach gives students the entrepreneurial skills and confidence they need to succeed, whether they pursue fashion or any other field.

Through partnerships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and manufacturing partners, we've built a supportive ecosystem where students can thrive as both creatives and entrepreneurs—all while learning from a curriculum that's already proven successful with professional fashion entrepreneurs.
